  I bought this ‘buy it now’ item on 31 10 24. Contacted the seller on 7 11 24 to say not received & item was awaiting dispatch. No response received from seller & item never sent. After waiting 12 days I was allowed to request a refund. Looking at seller 'feedback for others’ there is clearly a recognition of the importance of customer service and looking at ‘feedback as a seller’ there has been similar problems in the past. I am leaving negative feedback as the seller has now relisted the item
