Boresighter use
You can definitely see intensely the dot at 110 meters on white panel at the dusk. The batteries will last around 25 minutes, time more than enough to make your assessments. So as a bore sighter i definitely recommend it. Know though (as I learned too after using it) that the bullet doesn't go exactly where the barrel points. So to adjust your sights according to the red dot doesn't mean your rifle is adjusted. So descriptions that say adjust your rifle without a single shot using the bore sighter are not real. (At least not for my G3A3 Greek manufactured rifle). A quality boresighter such as this, however, will be useful as a point of reference in combination with real fire. Hope that was useful for you, this is anyway my conclusion for now.
