  This seller sold a supposedly brand new thermal camera that has been clear used. 1, damage to the foam insert surround(was not mentioned nor in photos so misleading! 2, Damage the to SD card holder case the latch was broken. 3, When received switched camera on it was blinking so charged overnight the next morning switched on still not functioning plugged back into charger it works did a battery load test voltage test and found the preprotry battery is dead. 4, contacted the seller he was rude.
