Brand new, needed to be modified to fitt my application.
Im planing to upgrade my Disco 3, and I found this part to be allmost identical to the one fitted in my vehicle, the only difference is the facial. I had to trim the plastic from my current one to make room for those 2 extra buttons and swap the facial over to this RRS version. They are electrical identical. Connected up my diag and tested all the buttons to see if the vehicle registered the button pushing, and all of them got registered.
