Love it!!!!

Having been on a solid fitness journey for the last 3 years, I was skeptical about what this machine has to offer. I've had it about 2 weeks now and it's hitting areas of my body that lifting and cardio never have. I have chronic shoulder and knee issues, so things like plyometrics and running are impossible for me. This machine is great for anyone looking for an addition to their workout regimen, but especially for those who, like me, need strength training and cardio but can't tolerate higher impact exercise. Love it!!!
