    Although Hermes lost my parcel for 3 weeks, telling me they had it then they didn't. The seller was communicative throughout everything and as helpful as possible. I received my parcel and no surprise Hermes damaged it beyond use. The seller replied quickly and offered me a replacement via different courier or refund. Clearly a great seller and it's unfortunate that this has happened. I hope it doesn't happen again.
