  Brilliant service, first time I have used this seller and several days after the expected latest delivery date I contacted them to inform them it had not arrived. A refund was issued immediately. A few days later Royal Mail delivered the goods, a week late, so I contacted the seller and they helped me to arrange a payment. The laces are now in use and doing a great job so I will know who to use when I need any shoe, trainer or boot laces in future.
