Bows received were not the same as the picture. I asked for at least 2 purple as I had an order to complete. I received pale colours, lilac not purple and 2 green bow that were smaller. Instead of a partial refund I asked for a couple of red bows (valentines) I was sent orange. I’ve been back to the seller, they offered £1.49 refund. Complete rubbish service I would not order from this company again.
