  Item sent was defective, however upon messaging the seller regarding my issue, the seller was quick to respond and asked for photo evidence on-which I provided, seller was keen to send a replacement but asked for a full refund instead on-which the seller honoured and gave me a full refund.   Wafers are soft, fresh and long before expiry date, it's a good value. The box came broken and some of the wafers are crumbled up but I believe that's due to the handling of parcel in royal mail. Overall good quality.
