  I can easily say this is the best customer service I have ever received. I ordered 2 identical items separately. When the second one was a little longer to come I contacted the seller; received a reply the same day and was asked to inform them when I received it. I neglected to do on the expected date; they contacted me to ask. In my opinion is above and beyond their scope of responsibility. The concern level,interaction and pro-active practices were outstanding. Can’t recommend any higher!

  The item I purchased was shipped on December 5, and delivered in a reasonable time. The seller responded to my complaint (the item delivered was not as pictured or described) by stating he would contact his supplier to find out what happened and the supplier would contact me to correct the problem. After sending a photo to him (at his request), it has been over a week and I've heard nothing more. At this point I feel he has no interest in trying to correct the issue or satisfy me in any way.

  We are incredibly sorry for the delay the warehouse has caused in this issue. We did inform them and sent the photos you forwarded us and the department is in the process of getting word on the photograph issues that we too are still waiting on. There has not been any issues with these towels prior. We did as you mentioned respond to your issues, and we are still here to work on the issue until it is resolved. We are here and will not leave you hanging.
