  Item was very well packaged and marked as "FRAGILE" However, Royal Mail managed to break one of the parts. This is the fourth time I've received a broken package, where rough handling by RM was to blame. Seller was very understanding and offered a refund. However as some of the goods weren't damaged I agreed to a partial refund. Very happy with dealing with this eBayer.
