I have very dry skin and this is the only product that keeps my skin hydrated well. I have used it for 40+ years!!

Did not like side-effects
After 10 days of taking 2 per day, my blood pressure gradually dropped to 93/48. Before purchasing this product I researched it and found that was a potential side-effect of Gaba. I decided that the very low blood pressure I was having made it unsafe for me to be taking.
