  A good deal that went a bit wrong when Parcel2Go (EVRi, Hermes or whatever they want to call themselves) decided to disappear the parcel. Excellent communication from Phil though, we chatted on the phone and he sent again via Royal Mail when it became apparent after 8 days that the parcel was never going to leave the depot. It’s now 12 days and it’s still there! A good honest seller.
