expensive way to dust
If stores had been open I wouldn't have bought these on line.The refills can be bought much cheaper.The dusters are very sparce and last only a couple of uses.

please help with fixing my loed nx400
I have had my Brother NX400 for several years -- and love it! However I have problems getting it serviced in my area.I took it to a local agent and since then when I use the thread cutter, as I start the next seam it pulls the thread from the needle,very annoying.I contacted the agent and they said they couln't give me any advice on what was causing the problem. I don't really want to go back because the so called service only consisted of taking a bit of fluff out of the shuttle area- I could have done that! can anyone give me any advice how to fix my problem.Thank you in advance if you can help.This machine is in constant use and taught me to love electric machines - I was alwys scared of using them.Ann Mellows
