Took a bit longer than I expected to receive it in the post, but all good otherwise

good for support
2 of 2 found this helpful I have been advised to use 2 poles when walking. I already had one of these poles. Having looked online I found an identical one which arrived before the estimated day of delivery.
I don't like the way the wrists straps are fixed, because they get in the way sometimes, but the poles have already found using them has helped support my back and therefore I am in less pain.
