Faulty buttons

None of the buttons work. Cannot turn On/Off unless unplug from the wall. Followed instructions to decrease temperature but these buttons do not work either. Locked on 190 degrees which is too hot for my hair. I have re-read instructions thoroughly and still does not work. Very dissapointed with this product.
