Freeze gel
I am crippled with arthritis in most of my joints and especially on my left side. My left leg is particularly painful and I rubbed this on my left knee and hip and I actually slept on my left hip without much discomfort. I would recommend this it is warming and soothing

Roku box
It was a quite lengthy time to get it working and when I eventually did none of my old films on my old roku box appeared on my new box. I didn't know what to do about it so I put my old box back on instead. I am 70 years old and nothing is straightforward

Rollator
It is however extremely heavy and I would never be able to lift it on and off a bus. Also inundated it quite hard to get up and down pavements. The seat on it is very sturdy and I feel safe using it. I would recommend it
