Entertaining, funny and unusual.
I read this many years ago and bought this copy for a friend .I remember it but can't write a review. Sorry.

A captivating story with it's authencity and colourful characters, a hard book to put down.
I have to say this book was our 'book club' read, and not one I would have chosen myself, but have found it fascinating and have hardly been able to put it down. An excellent writer and one who obviously knows her subject. really takes you to the authentic times of the story,and have fallen for Thomas Cromwell !!The actual second hand book is of very good quality and will keep for years in my bookcase. Thankyou.
