High quality
Went for the Haida rather than Lee's equivalent. Unlike the Lee, the Haida does not produce a strong colour cast. Results are pretty neutral. There is some vignetting (using it with a 16-35mm lens) with the Haida but not unduly so - if anything, the vignetting adds to the picture results. The Haida comes in a very nice sturdy tin to keep it safe. Haida are enjoying a growing reputation for producing good quality filters at very reasonable prices. Would I recommend the Haida? - yes, without a doubt.

High quality levelling plate at a reasonable price
Sirui have a good reputation for making high quality photographic accessories. This panoramic levelling plate is no exception. I went for Sirui as I already have a couple of Sirui ball heads and have been impressed with how well made they are so I was confident the levelling plate wouldn't disappoint and it didn't. There are more expensive and less expensive options in the market but, by and large, you get what you pay for. The Sirui ball head moves very smoothly - no slack whatsoever so it is really easy to adjust it to ensure your tripod base is perfectly level. Once locked in place, the levelling plate is rock solid - no slippage.

Perfect
Use the Black Rapid when out in the field with a 200-600mm zoom with the Black Rapid anchor point attached to the zoom rather than the camera. Works a treat - the camera/lens combination sits on the hip and is comfortable whilst walking about yet can be swung into action very quickly and easily. There is a lot of weight hanging on one anchor point so, for security, I have a simple strap attached to the lens and Black Rapid for peace of mind. The Black Rapid is very well made. Great product.
