Helps give me an easier nights sleep.
It's a good product. I am using it at present but find I need something stronger and I cannot see a doctor for a fortnight. She advised me by phone to keep taking them until she can assess me for something stronger on prescription. Meanwhile 2 a night helps keep the cramps at bay. Thank you I will recommend them to someone when an opportunity arises.

The Measure of Days.
It's a compelling read and an important part of a thirty six volume set of historical novels. I had it as a library book but needed to complete my set so am really happy to have received it. Thank you.
