Engrossing.
This book tells you how to reprogram your brain. As a plastic surgeon, Dr. Maltz realized that he could change your face but you have to change your brain. Learning to like yourself.
Making decisions - he teaches you how to accept and learn from wrong decisions and move on.
I have given away about 10 of these books to people who I think can learn something from it.
