Excellent but laborious to install

I've had Norton for 20 years and its excellent. Renewing on-line via Norton always costs about 50% more (eg £28) than buying the same product from a retailer (eg £19) but Norton make such a fresh installation a bit awkward and tortuous. They could make fresh installations easy (they write software, don't they?) but they don't, which is bad PR
