  I ordered wallpaper on 10 Aug and was advised that it would arrive between the 13th and 18th of Aug and to wait for an email. Over a week later I was still waiting and checked the status online and it said that my order was delayed. I completed an enquiry to say I still wanted it and was advised that the seller had 3 days to respond or EBay would intervene. The seller didn’t respond so EBay issued a full refund. I would not recommend this seller but I am happy with EBay’s actions.
