Great product

Used the ultra d 30 capsules on previous holidays. Worked quite well. These I am now using in teneriffe, where the weather at present is 34 degrees. Working beautifully. 1.take at least one hour before sun exposure 2.drink plenty of water 3. DO NOT DRINK ORANGE JUICE 4. Take another mid afternoon (or3-4 hours later) 5. You may get some small outbreaks, DO NOT SCRATCH!
