Just the job
The original case buttons started to split recently, then went into holes, until I was having to press the tiny button with a finger-nail. Changing the case needs only one step more than replacing the battery, and that is to move the battery contacts across. But even that isn't needed if you use the original back with the new front. I've read stuff about having to resynch the fob to the car, but it worked straight away without that, just the same as when I replaced the battery previously.

It really does work, and much cheaper than alternatives
0 of 2 found this helpful Superb job, neither strong bleach nor a pressure washer would touch the black spots unless I used the finest jet very close and dealt with one spot at a time, which obviously wasn't feasible over a area. One application (this is Indian natural stone) and in minutes the paving came up like new. But I left it overnight as recommended and hosed it off next day.
Excellent value, competitor about four times the price but it certainly couldn't be four-time better.

Only just installed it so time will tell. The previous one (my mistake I blew it) was fine.
