Very poor build quality

So, this is the 2nd of these I've had as really like the design and ease of use. However plastics are poor quality. Worst still, same fault occurred as with the first one (I'd assumed it was a one off issue, hence buying the same model again), after about 8 to 10 months of light home use it suddenly loses all power and won't do anything at all. Total waste of money - I've now replaces with a Ninja model which is far better quality materials so I'm hoping it will last much, much longer! Unfortunately returns process with AO is also turning out to be a complete nightmare - so unlikely to shop there again!

Samsung Galaxy Book Flex - don't bother looking at the others!

In short, if you want a superbly put together touchscreen / convertible laptop then look no further. The Samsung software included is excellent and makes light of setup and flexible use (quick and easy switching between data linked to my mobile phone and WiFi for instance). Construction is the quality you'd expect from Samsung and the high grade alloy casing is far classier and tougher than plastic. The Qled screen matches TV quality and streaming services are very pleasant to watch. Seriously, if you're in the market for a quality machine and yore not looking for the highest speed gaming (it's not that sort of machine) then this will do everything you need. One word of advice - buy an additional port adapter as its only got USB-C size ports (but the will do everything, but a port adapter saves you buying tons of new cables and the adapters are really cheap online - I paid £15 for one that does everything I need). Only other thing worth mentioning, like many modern laptops there's no optical drive - but again, an external one is about £15-20 if you really need one (again, I did to download my CD collection and put on a USB stick for in the car - yeah, I'm old school and don't really use subscription music streaming)
