For me, well worth the money
I looked at genuine Nikon speed lights but they were too dear. The price of this item was appealing so I thought I'd give it a go and it has definitely payed off. very similar to the genuine Nikon but less than half the price so overall for me it's been a good investment.

Lets people know
It's a rubber band that goes on your wrist displaying what condition you have. Like me it's type 1 diabetes. It let's people who don't already know, know, and hopefully they'll be able to help you or at least call the ambulance.
