  This is a very nice model. It was well packaged and the delivery was fine. Unfortunately the engine does not run properly. Even at full power it is very slow and hesitant - despite having cleaned the wheels and pick-ups. In opening the tender, I see that the dcc connection board has been modified (see picture). And when I added a dcc chip the engine did not work. This model is no use to.me if it will not run in either dc or dcc mode. I would therefore like to return it for a refund please .
