Overall a good product.
The chair arrived with its massage control unit missing and its power supply unit broken (in transit, I would guess). However, the suppliers sent me replacements for both these items by the next post so no problem there. The chair is very comfortable and the massage units function OK but I would say they are more of a gimmick than of practical use. However, I would warn anyone thinking of buying this chair that it is supplied in bits and does require significant assembly. If you are not fairly practically minded and reasonably physically fit, you may need to get someone else to assemble it for you. I was recovering from a broken arm when the chair arrived and my left arm was therefore not very strong! I had considerable difficulty assembling the chair!

Beautifully made and superbly finished - even the bevel is polished to a mirror finish
