Excellent quality

Not as good as expected
0 of 5 found this helpful A bit disappointed that the mug does not keep the liquid hot for the time that is claimed i.e. 5 hours, more like 1 - 2 hours.
Also if filled using boiling water it is kept boiling for a long time and therefore not drinkable, so need to fill with hot liquid not boiled liquid.

Excellent product, highly concentrated so lasts much longer than other similar products.
