  The item arrived damaged due to extremely poor packaging for a vintage item that was obviously very fragile, it did not even come in a box. The postage stated in the listing was Yodel but the item was sent by Evri (AKA Hermes), which is not the best courier when compared to Yodel or Royal Mail. The seller after receiving photographs of the damaged item did give me a full refund the following day. The item was dispatched very quickly the item itself was honestly described and was value for money.

  I'm so sorry you felt need to leave a negative feedback, item was wrapped in bubble wrap and cardboard, and unfortunately yes yodel was advertised however yodel was not a option when dispatching due to them having issues over Xmas with me I always reply quickly refunded without hassle I always try to treat how I want to be treated

  Negative feedback was given as the packaging was about the worst I have come across based on the item being sent. If you had put the item in a box surrounded by shredded paper the damaged would unlikely to have occurred. If you were changing the courier then you should have changed the listing, I would not have bought the item with Evri as the courier their normally one of the worst against Yodel which is normally one of the best. The refund was made the following day after twice contacting you.
