My hair looks dry
This product makes your hair look dry and frizzy. I wish I could exchange it for the hydration system.. now I'm stuck with expensive product that I won't use

Stick with a proven product
Mary Kay is a staple and excellent product. They are the skin care experts and it's basic at a reasonable cost. All of these companies with fancy descriptions for what their products do is overrated.
