Good quality
Very good quality but I cannot comment on the tool that comes with it as I used their prym vario pliers. The instructions are rubbish though good old YouTube came to the rescue.

I bought these chairs around 10 years ago with a dinning table. They were good quality with lots of padding in the seats and backs. So when they eventually needed replacing I just got the same ones again as I was always happy with them. So I was surprised and disappointed to find that these ones had more or less no padding in either the seats or backs.
Even friends have asked "where is the padding in these ones?"
I do have one of the original chairs left so I was able to compare them and the quality is definitely not the same. It's a shame because these chairs are a really nice design.
