not rtecommended
This film scanner has only 1000 dpi while it is more common to see 6x of that on the newer, small scanners. Also it use scsi interface and not a common device on today's computers.

Best general purpose lens for its price and performance
Its light weight and superb optical quality made this my favorite lens to carry around. Even the aperture is relatively slow but at ISO 1600 or 3200, I can still shoot at a comfortable shutter speed and get very nice pictures with adequate depth of field. The auto focus works very fast too. Just an amazing lens at around $65 is worth every penny of it. Highly recommended for pros and amateurs alike.
