  Terrible problems with Yodel initially but seller was excellent to deal with.He was tracking the package independently of me, so when I opened a dispute with the carrier and contacted him, he'd already done the same.Sent a replacement item, which is exactly what I ordered. Difficult transaction but seller couldn't do enough to help and that's all you can ask.
