Problems with postage & quality
I thought this item was post free but was disappointed to discovered after I ordered it that I had to pay additional postage costs for having it delivered to my home in Northern Ireland.
On building the chair it the spring mechanism which permits it to rock backwards broke when I used it for the first time. Fortunately I was able to replace plastic parts with a steel washer which seemed to remedy the situation. Given the situation with postage I was reluctant to ask for a replacement and incur further postage charges.
