  Didn't answer messages for ages, he cancelled the item telling me it got damaged. I asked for photo as proof. No response. Meant to be a private sale then said the boss was ill. Truth is, I personally think they very much underestimated the delivery cost and wasn't going to make any money.

  Hi as stated. the item, had been damaged, which we explained numerous times, then the buyer was demanding an extra £20 refund, on top of the item refund, as again, we are sorry, but your demands are a little rude.
