It depends the size of you
Bought this because of the great reviews. I am back sleeper, I'd tried it while I'm lying down used this pillow in my head and I'm not satisfied, I'm not comfortable. It's a bit high for me maybe because I am petit but it is comfortable when I'd used it in my back when I'm sitting down in bed.

holy grail
This is the best moisturiser for my boy who has eczema and dry skin. Id used this twice a day to him and in 1 wk ive seen the improvement of his skin. After using this Id never touch the steroid cream ^_^
