Not standard serial pinout!
These cables claim to be PC compatible, but depends on how your system is wired.
Cable is wired as follows:
From Header to DB9 connector:
1-1, 2-2, 3-3, 4-4, 5-5, 6-6, 7-7, 8-8, 9-9
They should be wired 1-1, 2-6, 3-2, 4-7, 5-3, 6-8, 7-4, 8-9, 9-5
Standard Motherboard serial cables are wired like the last set, so had to get out the iron.

Great case
1 of 1 found this helpful The tube holder is Velcroed to the inside, so you can move it around or remove it for easy access to the tubes. The container is padded.

Excellent product
We owned the previous model for years and the newer model with a powered brush is much better. I have tile and wood floors and these this vacuum is perfect for both. I bought two because parts were more expensive than the whole product.
