  This seller deserves 10 🌟 for the way they resolved an issue with a lost delivery. EVRi delivered my item to the wrong address. They did not respond to messages or provide proof of delivery. The postcode was correct on the seller’s proof of postage, but EVRi put the wrong postcode on their system. The seller impressed me by going above and beyond in sourcing an alternative item and sending it with Royal Mail. It arrived within a couple of working days. Warning to all sellers: DO NOT USE EVRi!!!

  The seller was very quick in his reply to all the questions raised.
