Good product, does what it says on the tin!

Good product, does what it says on the tin! A bit on the expensive side and only time will tell if it's truly good value or not, but with a 5 year guarantee at least the manufacturers are confident in their product. The leads on the attachments to the battery are just about long enough but are quite short. I had a need to contact their customer support for something specific to me and their response was prompt and extremely helpful which gives me great confidence that if something does go wrong it will get sorted swiftly and efficiently.

Godd value for the money - but not great quality

Looks the part & feels sturdy when assembled however the paint is very thin and will 'fracture off' in shards if knocked with anything hard. Can not fault the supplier though, they replaced parts that arrived damaged (metal parts allowed to clash together in an over sized box accompanied by poor handling - the boxed was ripped apart on delivery) within a few days without issue. I would recommend the product if you just want a good looking budget light and don't have too many concerns over the thin and fragile paint finish - it is still vastly cheaper than others on sale even if you factor in re-painting it using expensive aluminum decorative paints.

All looked good until the rod (that come...

All looked good until the rod (that comes separately) needs inserting and screwing into the main unit but that then pushed the rubber grommet into the sealed chamber. It isn’t accessible and rattles around inside the chamber. As a listening device it’s now beyond useless as the grommet moves around making noises. Really disappointed in the product and can not recommend it.
