Zeus is the best
2 of 2 found this helpful Great value little kit this, and seems to be of good build-quality. The tubes to the (small) carabiner clips are well finished. Whole bundle is easily packed into it's supplied carry-pouch, makes it easy to tidy away, or an ideal option for taking on trips away from home and need to keep some sort of exercise going.
I've used mine as part of some physiotherapy recuperation on my hip flexors. Using the included door anchor and ankle strap, I've been able to add some excellent simple exercise patterns into my routine that have helped strengthen my hip flexors (recuperating after a small injury needed a couple of weeks break from running).
The ability to mix-and-match the bands to get the right amount of resistance is a handy feature.
Only negative point I'd mention is the supplied "guide" pamphlet is a bit poor for complete beginners, with some odd translation issues which could have easily been circumvented by adding better detailed example images instead of words. There are some images, but they are mostly monochrome photos - with some cropping out the detail you'd like to see. However, this is fairly easy to work out yourself - or if still unsure, search youtube for "resistance band exercises" to get demonstrations.

Being a gym at home person who has used gyms extensively in the past, I really needed something to simulate cable machines, even if only slightly. Point is, if done correctly you can hit the same muscle groups. I used another brand in the past which was pretty good so I thought I needed to step up. I have only used these for a short while, so I cannot comment on the durability although they certainly seem like they will last! These bands and the quick release hook system with the door stop function have been awesome. It seems like there is a lot going on but that is only if you have all the strengths on at the same time which you most likely won't for isolation exercises. They are a decent length so there are no issues. If you want exercises there are a few included. Honestly though, the internet is awash with information and fitness sites so that should not be a problem. Personally I am very happy with this product and the fact that you can essentially use it like a travelling gym is invaluable. Well pleased.
