  Would not buy from again, £4:20 postage cost which I didn’t mind paying and then had to pay a further £3:50 to Royal Mail before they would deliver because seller didn’t pay enough postage. Told by seller that he put enough postage on and didn’t offer to refund me the postage. Obviously he didn’t pay enough because I had to pay the extra or not receive my purchase.

  I did apply the correct amount of postage, this was confirmed by the post office counter staff when I dropped off the parcel. I can only assume a stamp came off the package during delivery. With all due respect to this buyer, they didn’t confirm the weight to amount on the package when it arrived or send images which would have allowed me to claim a refund from the Post Office. Whilst I accept that there was a charge the buyer must work with me in getting a refund and cannot just expect a refund
