Unexpected gem
Wasn't expecting a great deal from this strobe but was very pleasantly suprised at the build quality. The gun recycles quickly, especially at reduced output and batteries seem to last forever.
No problem sorting out exposures as I've got access to a flash meter even though it's only an old Jessops one from years ago. Even without the meter it would be a simple matter to do a test exposure and then adjust.

Good solid piece of engineering does the job really well. Very useful to have the 5/8" spigot to 3/8" or 1/4" adaptor. Screw that tightens the shaft of the brolly could do with a larger knob similar to the other two.
Highly reccommended.
