lightweigh earpiece that works well
asthetically pleasing, ergonomically designed and comfortable but a bit fiddly to pair with other devices until you have the knack (involves holding in the button until the light flashes which you can only do be looking at it however to hear the instructions the earpiece needs to be in the ear..) whilst simultaniously opening the arm at the same time. Also if your hair is wet or damp (making calls having just got out the shower for example - i work from home) somehow causes the volume level to adjust itself up and down annoying when on a call. The arm on my first one broke within warrenty and Jabra did replace it however it was abot of a malarcy invoving creating online accounts, raising a fault claim, waiting to hear back, sending the headset off and not getting a replacement until the fault had been acknowledged which took 3 weeks).
