Great tool for home mechanics
Bought this to do diagnostic work on my corsa well actually I already have a launch computer but I bought this as it as much more vauxhall related tests like component activation to check if components are doing what they should. And I have to say generally it works great but to be honest like a lot of the Chinese diagnostic software it works best on win xp or win7 don't get me wrong I got it working on win 10 but it seemed to lose connection alot and froze which worried me when you think 1mistaken freeze screen could cost thousands if you decide to code your ecu or bcm and it bricks one of them. I found that vaux com on windows xp 32bit worked the best for me it did not freeze or lock up the system and it works great on my hp mini notebook which also run Peugeot lexia software and delphi so I have a decent diagnostic setup which I can use and save thousands of pounds on garage bills. As I mentioned some parts of the software can and will change settings that could brick very expensive computers in your vehicle so maybe the code readers that cost about £10.00 would be better for less technical minded people as they cannot program your ecu /bcm units by accident but if your pretty mechanically minded and have a decent computer literacy these units are amazing and sometimes company's like vauxhall actually build their cars with features like cruise control and just replacing a £15 indicator /cruise stalk and then activating the feature with your computer you have factory cruise control as many models the only difference is what features they have been activated with this op com unit as already paid for itself with one repair saving me £90.00+vat vauxhall wanted to put their tech 2 computer on my car to turn off the central locking automatically locking when I drove over 10mph real bargain at £20.00 for a tool that will save you money

Less watts to heat your aquarium compared to the cheaper alternative
Ehiem heaters have a better than most heating per litre that where a normal 300watt heater from other companies can be replaced by a 150 watt in a 190 litre tank my marina 300 w heater was struggling and my electric use was getting too much running for long periods anyway I had read that eheim heaters could run my tanks at lower wattages so I bought a 150w and swapped heaters omg the difference was enormas it kept the water at 92 constantly and only came on once or twice in a hour for a few minutes .so swapped out all my heaters now my 550litre tank is running a 300watt my 350 tank is running a 200w and my 2 190litre tanks are running 150watt heaters now that's a total of 800watt compared to 1500watt I was running using 300w marina heaters 2x300 in the550 tank a 300each in the 3 other tanks and with using them in conjunction with the gas central heating the heaters very rarely come on during the day so well pleased with eheim heating products and they are my go to heater from now on yes they are a little bit more expensive when your buying them but the lower wattages per litre you need they pay for themselves in no time at all
