  very polite and helpful seller, answered all my questions about the item, but unfortunately item had parts missing when arrives and also didn't have the shower hose attachment as per queried prior to purchase. thankfully seller apologised and agreed to issue full refund. greatful they took responsibility. good communication with seller. would still be happy to purchase from them.
