Good childhood book

I watched this series on TV when I was younger and had the book too. So when I heard it was being released on dvd I just had to get it along with a new book. I'll hopefully pass it on to my 10year old niece once I'm finished. Follow the daily trials of a group of animals, led by fox, as they venture together and protect each other on their journey to find a new home.
