Better than the competition

Better than my old Karcher and seems just as well built. It's got great pressure and the easily changeable high-pressure nozzles are great. The wand is great. The patio cleaner is NOT as good as the Karcher for some reason which is strange given that it's pretty much the same and has higher pressure so it should be better but just isn't; it cleans general dirt but not the lichen / moss that the Karcher will. Still, given this minor failing it's still much better than the competition and cheaper for a higher pressure.

Cheap and plastic

It's made entirely of cheap plastic so it looks ok from a distance but as soon as you get near enough for it to actually turn on it's obvious it's cheap and tacky. Does the job but I would pay a bit more and buy a better looking product next time.

Does not support CIFS shares, only accessible via a very poor app

Having used the older version of this product for 5 years, when it failed I had no hesitation in buying this as a replacement. BIG MISTAKE! I needed a NAS that supports normal "network shared drives", technically a CIFS Share. The old device did this perfectly but the new device has been dumbed down so you basically can't configure it at all and can only copy data to/from the device using an app. Fine if all you want to do is store pictures from your phone but completely useless if you want to use it as a destination for PC backups, etc. As the old one supported shares, this is a big step backwards and you really don't expect a new version of a product to have LESS functionality.
