Does the job.
1 of 1 found this helpful I would have preferred it to have a longer best-before date. I'd have to be making bread and eating it at a phenomenal rate to use this dough improver up before the best-before date. I have no complaints about the actual product except for that. Hopefully I can order next time and have a little longer to take advantage of the time for baking, otherwise I will probably double my weight with eating so much bread!! I know there are smaller quantities to buy but I was unaware of the time limit to use this product.
